WiFi and Hotspot not able to turn on without restarting the phone

There is a software issue after the latest Android update that makes impossible to turn the WiFi or the Hotspot on without having to restart the phone. 

I have Samsung S22 Ultra but the issue has been recently reported on Reddit to be occuring on other Samsung phone models. For this reason, solutions such as rebooting in Safe mode or factory reset have been tested and not able to fix the problem.

The only way they are going to come up with a fix is for you, and everyone else having the problem, to put in an error report with logs included, to the development team. The programmers do not troll the reddit forums or act on complaints in this user forum. They need to see the logs and they need to be made directly aware of the problem.

Tap the support tab of the members app, then tap submit feedback. Your logs are generated automatically.

I have the same issue and i'm not going to install another app to submit a ticket. what other options are there to get help from Samsung online?

anyone else get this issue resolved without submitting a ticket in the Members app? I cannot get wifi to come back on at home or a public wifi (Starbucks), stuck on mobile hot spot toggle but not on hotspot. i'm on visible network.
