There is a software issue after the latest Android update that makes impossible to turn the WiFi or the Hotspot on without having to restart the phone.
I have Samsung S22 Ultra but the issue has been recently reported on Reddit to be occuring on other Samsung phone models. For this reason, solutions such as rebooting in Safe mode or factory reset have been tested and not able to fix the problem.
I will post the link below from the Reddit forum in the hopes that Samsung will come up with a way of solving the issue.
