Galaxy S PhonesHello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about this. What text messaging app are you using? Can you provide screenshots of your keyboard and what you see on your side, maybe even a short video clip of this happening?
In the meantime, you can try clearing your device's cache partition to help improve device behavior:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
You can also try Safe Mode if you are using the default text messaging app on your device, to see if a third-party application is interfering: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
