Considering making the leap from the Plus to the Ultra in my next upgrade cycle (most likely S26 or S27 series,) but I keep going back and forth on a few things:
1) The massive size is concerning to me. I often find myself thinking the Plus is too big, and I would go back to the base model if not for the smaller battery... I can't help but wonder if trading comfort for specs is really worth it.
2) I don't know if I would ever actually use the S Pen. I have had LG Stylus phones in the past, and I found the stylus completely useless. What sets the S Pen apart? What are your use cases?

I had the flip 5 and LOVED the form factor. By far, it was my favorite phone I've ever had. However, the small battery and need to travel to replace peeling screen protectors (I live in a rural area โ closest Samsung service center is a 2.5 hour drive) made me switch to the S24+.
I imagine that does help. My flip 5 protector peeled after 6 months. Twice yearly road trip isnt the worst thing, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.
I went from the plus version to Ultras at the S22 Ultra, and I didn't find the additional size a burden at all, however you can definitely feel the weight difference but for me it's worth it for the added flexibility with the telephoto lenses. I don't use the S-pen much but when I do need it, I'm glad I have it
