Ultra Users: How's the size? How useful is the S Pen, really?

Considering making the leap from the Plus to the Ultra in my next upgrade cycle (most likely S26 or S27 series,) but I keep going back and forth on a few things:

1) The massive size is concerning to me. I often find myself thinking the Plus is too big, and I would go back to the base model if not for the smaller battery... I can't help but wonder if trading comfort for specs is really worth it.

2) I don't know if I would ever actually use the S Pen. I have had LG Stylus phones in the past, and I found the stylus completely useless. What sets the S Pen apart? What are your use cases?

Your thoughts, experiences, and input are appreciated as I look to the future!

S25U (tabs S8U, S9U, S10U). I don't use the pen on any of them. I've mostly bought Ultra models for reasons like:

* More memory
* Larger screen
* Higher power batery

I've tried the S-Pen but bought keyboard book covers for the tablets so really find the S-Pen little better than my finger for my uses.

The massive size is kinda nice I have the 25u and the pen doesn't exactly do too much but it is good for candy crush 😋

So you would say the massive size is a benefit?

I sometimes feel like my S24+ is right on the edge of being too big. At the end of the day, I really want Ultra specs, but I worry that it would be uncomfortably large.

I don't want to say it's bad, just not for me. I never use the spen more than once a month to sign something. The large screen is great for viewing anything, as is the anti reflective coating but, I prefer a phone which is more ergonomic in my hands so I downgraded to the 25 Edge and am much happier personally.

I like the idea of the Edge, but the battery is a no-go for me. Edge may be a real option once Sammy starts using Si/C batteries.

I'm actually very surprised by the battery. It's on par with my 5050mAh Pixel 9 Pro XL.

That's very surprising given that it's only slightly larger than the z flip 5 battery, which was absolutely atrocious when I had one. Intriguing.

Can't speak for the flip, but many users on reddit are saying it out lasts the Z Fold 6 battery too.

I moved to zflip6 from ultra as ultra was just too big. I had 3 ultras in past but have found zflip6 to be a great phone. Fits nice in pocket for summer and has plenty of speed. I'm staying with the flips as screen size big enough when open. Phone is very convenient.
