Mini rant ๐Ÿ˜…

If the rumors for the S26 series like the added magnets, charging boost, and other features are true and samsung doesnt rude that for their marketing, then idk what theyre doing.

I remember many reviews on YouTube and people that got the newer models with the antiglare on the S Ultras was a pleasant surprise rather than a point if emphasis when marketing or at their announcement meeting. I think these little details are worth capitalizing on to draw more people in or even to get the hype up for the fan bois.

The comparison will almost always be to apple (at least here in the US, especially CA) so if they hyped their new features as apple did they would draw so much more attention rather than "here's the new phone with a new chip and AI features... have at it..." im not looking for the cliche apple talking points like "our best phone EVER" but some actual organization to the new hardware and software would be appreciated.

When looking through and comparing the organization of things, samsung has a lot to learn in not necessarily minimalist layouts, but basic marketing with actually NEW features.

I got this on my mind because my cousin says she'd switch off apple depending what the year brings so if someone like her thats not into the techi- stuff is wood over, then they're doing something right. Only reason she knows about this stuff is from another cousin of mine and I pulling party trucks like charging her 2% phone with my power sharing, s pen shutter, photos/cameras, customization, and music share.

Thanks for reading my rant ๐Ÿซก

TLDR: Samsung marketing on new/rare features suck when releasing new phones, hope for the best but expecting the worst for Feb. 2026
