people keep adding accounts, like devices or numbers to my google account so i had to delete everything google and cant use because they always want a account made and i dont want people knowing my passwords for sites and see my location and stuff like that
Gemini is a google product, baked into Android (also a google product).
Removing your google account is why you keep getting the sign in prompt. Maybe make a new Google account, don't share it with the "bad actors" and then link that to your phone.
You can also disable all location tracking and the like by logging into google on a browser, and looking up account settings.
