The "clear all" option beneath all of the notifications is gone. Frustrating to have to delete notifications one by one.

Galaxy S PhonesYes - I did. Did not help.
However, I've identified the problem: In the recent update, the frame around the alerts and/or the font colour changed to a dark/black hue. This makes the text invisible for anyone who use a dark theme - like myself. It's there, but almost impossible to see.

Have you tried to see if the option to clear all notifications is available in safe mode or cleared the cache partition?
