Galaxy S PhonesYou either have the now bar on the status bar, lock screen and notifications panel OR don't have any at all. The media can't be controlled on the notif. panel if the entire now bar features are not on; they take too much space on the status bar and are smaller than the media app notification on the lock screen.
There should be at least the option of choosing one or the other, it's terrible now 😭

Galaxy S PhonesYes, once you activate the now bar, it will be in all three places. This is so you can still control your music when your phone is locked. If choose not to use the now bar, you can still control your music from the control panel (an extra pull down on the notification shade), from a widget on your home screen or the music player app itself. I simply don't understand your complaint. What did you do before the now bar existed?

Galaxy S PhonesBut that's exactly my complaint, the 3 ways the now bar shows should be optional, and, at least for me, deactivating the now bar makes my music app and youtube not show the live notification that enables me to control it, anywhere.

Galaxy S PhonesCan't imagine anyone NOT wanting to have the controls on their lock screen or status bar. You can always just get used to the format and ignore the controls you don't want to use. Everyone is always complaining about having to pull down their notification shade for even the simplest things, including looking at their notifications. You are the only one I have seen complaining about this particular issue with the now bar. The complaints I have seen have been about the size of the bar on the status bar.
This is a peer to peer user help forum. If you want to send feedback on the matter, you have to go to the proper area to do it. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692. No one here can affect change. Only the developers can, and in order to even consider change, they have to get feedback - lots and lots of feedback to determine if making the change is worthwhile. Perhaps someday they will add that ability to Good Lock.

Galaxy S PhonesYES, my major complaint is exactly that the size on the status bar is super annoying, what I'm saying is that we should be able to choose! I would very much like the live notification on the panel but not on the lock screen neither on the status bar, but that's just not possible.
I think your confusing the status bar with the notification panel and such and i didn't complain about having to pull the it down... that's just what i want without having it on the status bar...
Anyway I looked up how to give feedback and got here, I didn't know there was a specific place for such and that my rant is absurd, im sorry

Galaxy S PhonesI am certainly not confusing the status bar with the notification or control panel. I have no difficulty with the size of the control when the music is playing. As I said, if this is truly a hill you want to stand on, send feedback to the developers. No one here can help you with that.
