Is it possible to have a shortcut to a specific quick setting icon?

The chatgpt quicksetting. When I click it, it opens as a minimal pop-up like Bixby, but the app itself opens in full all the time. I am trying to find a way to open the quicksettings version of chatgpt without opening quicksettings all the time.

Oh, I don't have ChatGPT on my phone. Does it not have a widget or something in the settings to add a shortcut? Some of the quick settings do.
