Samsung stop copying Apple

I'm working on creating a petition against Samsung to stop copying Apple. I've been using their phones for years and feel like, in America they are the best android to have which is why I never switched. But it's embarrassing how they been copying Apple the last few years and I feel like it's time for them to hear from their users because it shows that they're not paying attention. From colors to designs, earbuds design, same battery, charging speeds, etc, etc. Every since Huawei been banned from the U.S., it's like they don't care anymore and keep giving minor upgrades and getting rid of things just because Apple does it. DJ Koh was the best CEO they had.

Apple copies too. Dynamic Island uses the same camera module as the S10+. AOD, wireless charging, etc. I can keep going.

And it is cheaper then designing brand new parts. And if they have good parts and there the best of the best why whouldent you use them.

Samsung is not copying Apple.  There is only so much that can be done with phone design and software.  What do you think that Samsung is copying from Apple?  All phones are made from components, are you aware that there are only so many component manufacturers in the world?  That they use the same battery is a non-issue, there are not that many battery makers in the world.  Use the same chips?  Very few chip makers in the world.  Colors?  Each company offers a limited number of colors for their phones that tend to change between years.  No one is going to make a bumblebee yellow phone if there is no demand for a bumblebee yellow phone (buy  a case if you want it).  Of the colors they do offer, they tend to be muted - rarely is there a bold color from either brand and, if there is, it's a very limited edition.  What colors have you seen on other brands? Asus and Motorola use mostly black and navy with an occasional white thrown into the mix.  Most people buy cases for their phones, and if they want color, they buy the color they want (no sense in buying a color if you are only going to cover it up).  Icons and screen design?  Apple does not let you customize, but Samsung has myriad customization options, the ability to add wallpaper and icon packs (or even design your own icons).

So, even if you manage to garner signatures on  your petition, what do you suppose Samsung is going to do with that petition?
