Galaxy S PhonesI have tried reinstalling the update, signing out of my Samsung account, not sure what else to try. It just won't sync.

I tried that. I have no idea what the 398 items are, I don't have more than 12 bookmarks

Oh my days. Hmm, I definitely would not sync anything I have no knowledge about. I think there's a size limit and the 398 exceed that. . Maybe you need to uninstall the app but make a note of your bookmarks in Notes app. You do have option to delete your data from Samsung internet did you do that in conjunction when you uninstall the updates..

Galaxy S PhonesI have the same issue. Can't sync at all despite restarting multiple times, clearing cache and data from samsung internet and samsung cloud, singing out of account and back in, enabling and disabling again. Nothing works
