@Winners_Circle1982 What kind of reward were you expecting? I've never heard of any type of reward for purchasing a phone.

You only get points if you buy from Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app. Typically the points are credited 30 days or so after the device is delivered. Points expire in 12 m months after receiving them.
