Received a notice from Samsung that my "Service will be Suspended"?

I got a notice this morning that Samsung is gonna SUSPEND MY SERVICE if I don't remove some data risks on My phone!! Is this TRUE??

Thank you!.. It was supposed to be from Samsung, saying they were gonna shut Me down if I don't clean up My stuff!
