Not able to activate my split screen mode on S9+

I can't activate my split screen on my S9+, it just suddenly disappeared. Can someone help me!

When you look looking at the recent open apps. Tap the app icon and it opens a menu for you.

When your in an app press the option next to the home buttom and ur windows are going to pop out after that click in the little buble of watever app you want to split screen and its gonna give you that option plus a few others if any other questions. Message me
