My phone auto sound cuts in and out

Does anybody know why my Auto goes in and out? It will play for 10 seconds then cut out ??

Is it a way I can fix it ? I factory reset my set phone still doing the same thing

If you did a factory reset and the issue is still there, it might be a problem with the device itself. I would take your phone to your carrier first and see if they could help. Or you might have to have it repaired.

Thank yall I will contact the carrier and see if they could send me a new phone this so unacceptable and I just brought this phone like two weeks ago crazy but thanks again.❤
