It stays very faint ,I have no issues with all the other sounds

Theres 2 speakers on phone I would run the diagnostic test can skip most just do the microphone and speakers ones

Yes the sound when you're talking on the phone is going to be different than the sound when you're listening to music the speakers are different than microphones are different they are also set at different decibel settings what you are experiencing is not a bug it's how it's supposed to be
