Yes, the in ear speaker is much quieter that the media sound, there is no real way to adjust it other than the up and down side button

In settings the sound folder adjust system sounds off top my head

Ok, tried all that,what is interesting is if I call my Chase bank the automated answering message is perfectly fine, but when I call someone the ring back before they answer is very low volume and so is their voice

Yes the auto voices tend to be louder during a normal call press the Volume up button

I do that but the ring back tone and their voice when they answer is very faint
