How to check you phone for 🖲 n tracers n and hacking apps

Wat can I do to check the phone for any tracker n tracers n hacking apps n how do you get rid of them

A couple questions if you don't mind One how old is the phone like how long have you owned it but is the phone and what kind of things are happening that makes you believe that that's potentially on your phone

It's an A03 galaxy so not super old 3yrs I've had it some how my spouse call or txtz me wat I'm doing when I get on a chat room and it seems like it's every time I jump on it she'll txt me that n she kinda told me she know wat I'm doing but hey you never know but we can't spy on them lol but yea

Oh true That's definitely a little sus. In the situation like that there's a couple things that we can do. One's going to be real quick and one's going to be time consuming I am here for you whichever one you need bro. The easiest quickest way to just be done and over with this is to perform a factory reset on your phone but don't let it copy over any of the saved apps Don't restore from a backup. You can restore like text messages and you know phone call information and stuff like that but don't recover any of your apps that you had installed download everything manually one app at a time so you know exactly what's going on to the device if it's an AO3 provided from a carrier like T-Mobile or Metro or boost they'll probably be a lot of a bloatware on there so games and stuff that you probably don't play if you take the time to remove those the phone will feel a little snappier

The other option is to go into your settings scroll to find apps and then click all apps and then we'll have to go down the list my guy and see what's suspicious or you genuinely just don't need on the phone and clean it up that way
