Galaxy S PhonesSince the S20 is 4 years old i suspect you were sold a refurbished device and they just called it New. It sounds like the screen is going bad I would suggest contacting a service center to have it looked at.

Galaxy S PhonesYeah its just hard to believe that they are still new s20's if you still have time you could try and return the device to the place you purchased it from
