Galaxy S10 mobile hotspot stopped working properly

Hi. Recently my Samsung Galaxy s10 hotspot stopped working properly. I can connect devices to my phone's hotspot, but they all get an exclamation mark over the wifi symbol. And on apple devices, it says no internet connection in the settings.

If there's anything I can change to fix it, please let me know. I have cleared cache through recovery mode, I have restarted the phone, I have turned airplane mode on and off, I have tried 5ghz and 2.4, all with no success.

But that's just a feature that turns hotspot on for other Samsung devices signed in with your Samsung account

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you. If you are having trouble with the Mobile Hotspot feature on your phone it could be a problem with your carrier or your mobile data connection.

If you are still having trouble connecting to the mobile hotspot we recommend reaching out to your service provider or having the phone evaluated by a certified technician.

Thank you!! My parents are on the same mobile plan as me, and there hotspots we're just working yesterday.
