Galaxy S10: how to transfer photos between phones?

I hope this is the right place to post and if not, that someone can redirect me...I am a techno moron> My husband passed away last year and I'm preparing to shut off his phone service, I think a year has been long enough and I need to save $ wherever I can. I know there MUST be some kind of simple way to transfer all the photos and videos to home laptop. Can anyone help? TIA!
