Galaxy S PhonesHi,
I've had the S10 for about 1.5 months and I have been using the earphones provided with the phone and now the right side has a lower level of sound coming through.
Would you be able to help?

Galaxy S PhonesAre you using the wired AKG headphones? Does this happen with other devices as well?

Galaxy S PhonesI have the same problem, the right side is almost inaudible even at max volume, and the left side seems to be getting quieter too, I can barely hear the person I am talking too. I have already checked the sound balance, and all the bells and whistles knobs. It happens even when used on other devices, so it seems to be a hardware problem.

Galaxy S PhonesThere are several possible factors why sound is not playing from the headphones. It could be as simple as the volume is too low, or possible physical damage to the headphones.
Give this link a try for symptoms with the sound on wired headphones: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001072/
I would recommend trying your headphones with another device.
If you still experience these symptoms after trying the troubleshooting steps provided, I would recommend an accessory exchange. Can you please provide me with the following information in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

Galaxy S PhonesHello Adam,
Like the other users I am having the same issue. Ive inspected the ear buds and tried all other measures with the software. The earbuds have not been used much at all for this to happen. I've been running and using these just fine for less than a month and this suddenly occured. Could you offer similar help?
Best,
Nick
