Galaxy S PhonesDoes Samsung even really read the error reports? I've reported the same thing 3 times and they keep giving me the same answer:

Galaxy S Phones@Anonymous It looks like they are analyzing the data file which was captured when you submitted the bug report. It seems the data collected doesn't match the information that you provided. Developers are going to be completely data driven. That is why you are getting that response.

Galaxy S Phones@Anonymous I would recommend not clicking the Try again at the bottom of a error report. Instead, submit a new error report when you are actively encountering the issue.
Attaching screenshots can be useful also.
