Is there a place to directly send feedback or complaints to Samsung. I absolutely hate it when they update my phone without my permission while I'm in the middle of something and there doesn't seem to be any way to contact them with that. What's the best way to let them know?

Not aware of updating by itself with out a notification saying a update is available

Yup, seems to be. But how do you get word to the general population that there's a big, huge update coming? Carriers would be the best way, I think. And they're not doing that.

I agree but the update was known about just delayed seems carriers are doing roll outs as they get them ready so luck of draw

Yeah, but most people aren't reading tech blogs like we are. They really wouldn't know that a software update was coming, much less one this big.

With all due respect, when you first set up your phone and press agree it's there in the TOS . They don't need your permission.
