Alarm not working

I need my alarm to sound off even when the phone is on vibrate. Did the new software update remove this????

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with your Alarm not sounding when your phone is set to vibrate and I will be more than happy to help.

Navigate to and open the Clock App

Tap the three dots and open Settings 

Verify that the Alert to Silence Alarms When System Sound is Off is disabled (the toggle will be off) 

Scroll down to Timer 

Verify that the Sound is turned on (the toggle will be on)

You also have the option to turn on Vibration
