Well here I am again lol. I have recently switched to the Samsung A15 and I am facing only one problem here. You see, for some reason I cannot install any new apps and I can't even update my current ones. I have tried literally everything so far, like I have cleared the Google Play Store App Cache, I have even tried force stopping it. I already resetted my phone a few times and I signed in and out of my Google account and still..nothing has changed. Until I can figure this one out, if anyone has a solution or has the same issue, feel free to comment!!! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ“ฑ๐ŸŒŸ

The A15 doesn't have a whole lot of storage space.  It's possible you are simply out of space.  On a 32GB ssd, half the drive space is taken up by the operating system.  which means you would only have about 15 GB for your apps.  if you filled up the drive, there would be no room left for updates to happen or for new apps to be installed.  Open up the My Files app, and see how much storage space you are using.  If your space is full, you will have to uninstall some non essential apps or offload your photos onto a flash drive or utilize the SD card for photos and music.

Well first of all, thank you so much for replying. Usually people on here just read something and then ghost it lol. I forgot to mention that I do have an SD card, so I do have a good amount of space in my storage, so the only conclusion I can think of is simply factory resetting my phone and trying again. I will post a status update once this issue is fixed. Once again thank you so much for commenting! โค๏ธโœจ๏ธ

Well, before you do a reset, try clearing the phone's cache partition (that's what all the updates use as workspace).  It may save you the hassle of of the reset/restore.

So...you all know how I was facing the problem that I couldn't install or update apps..WELL! ๐Ÿค“โ˜๏ธโœจ๏ธ Like I mentioned I did try about everything. I cleared the Google Play Store's Cache and I resetted my phone a few times and blah blah blah. Well today I simply deleted and reinstalled two apps that were already on my phone and then...ALL OF A SUDDEN, I can update and install apps again and even better I could finally update my play store to it's current version!! Let me just say, for these past few days, all the Google Play Store would tell me was the fact that I couldn't update or install apps but then out of nowhere, the issue automatically fixed itself today! I didn't even need to factory reset my phone. (..which trust me, that was about to be the plan today..) The only conclusion I can decipher from this is, during Christmas time, there would obviously be fewer people working at Xfinity and knowing that, it would make sense why my phone would take a few days to update entirely. Well I am grateful that I only had to deal with this problem for a few days, just so I didn't need to get my phone seen to!! And if you read all of this, thank you for hearing me ramble, lol!! ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿซถ๐ŸŒŸ
