I purchased this ring a week ago and the ring stopped charging. I called customer support and they stated to mail it in. At this point I will just return it because I have the Oura ring and it works perfectly with no charging issues. I think Samsung will need to make a better product to stay in the game.
You're going to have to look at your router or switch and make sure your ring is on the same wireless network as your phone and that your ring is reachable.Over the internet , some services will restrict your wireless network ring from sending messages to the server
