Ordered a ring only to find out after I get the sizing kit and put in the size almost all sizes and colors are out of stock. No help from support from support

I can understand the frustration when a product is out of stock. I recommend calling in 1-800-SAMSUNG and ask to speak with our ecommerce team for further assistance with your concerns.

Galaxy RingWent through the whole process of placing the order. Nothing shown about out of stock. Got the ring sizing kit, wore the sizing ring for a while to get comfortable. Followed up with the order to to enter size and color only to see almost all combinations are out of stock. Followed up with Samsung order support who only could say sorry about that. Cancelled the order. Got an email that said "For refund information, please click "Manage Order". Went to check refund status and nothing is shown.
