I got the size 13 ring in Nov. Fast forward to a month and even after full charge and no active use like excercise the battery lasts for less than 6 hours. I have done the reset (both through wearable & physical pressing if button on charging box) but this has not helped. Contacted support, they redirected me to a service centre, service center folks say this is a new product and they are not sure of what to do yet. Stuck in a predicament. No solutions online, anyone got any tricks or solutions for similar problem ? Please help
