I am sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience with a Samsung Ring product. Please note that all experiences are unique depending on where you purchased it and from which retailer. When you purchase from Samsung directly you are guaranteed a working product right outside of the box. The in store receipt is a guarantee on its own that if any issues occur the store will either exchange the product or offer a repair solution.

When you purchase at a discount or from an online retailer it may bare the name Samsung but the possibility of it being a counterfeit product is greater.

Please contact Samsung with product details for further assistance. Be courteous and they will assist you the best they can or offer repair solutions for a fee out of warranty.

What kind of answer is this. Blaming the end user that they may have purchased a counterfeit product as to why their Galaxy Ring is less than stellar months later. I too have had this problem, as many others have reported on this site.

It is a scam device that should never have been released to the public until they had one that actually works longer than 6 months! But they need the money i guess, I wint.gove a dime to any of that companies products outside of phones. If your going to sell a faulty device knowingly then maybe lower the price another $350 cheaper! Scum bags!

Why? Are you serious? There isnt a REAL support st samsung or any other company. I all ready wasted money im not wasting time too. Trust me I develop and support software for 30 years, what samsung or any other company calls support should be considered fraudulent
