Galaxy Ring@EyeT contact Samsung support.
For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.
Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

Galaxy RingOn my second ring now, the first one got replaced when I sent it in for the second repair, and was down to less than a day - 9 months after purchase.
This one now also is showing battery decay, again after 3 months, and it's now down from 7.5 to 5.5 days. I screenshot every 100% charge, as well as every 0% one. Samsung may be a brutally dishonest company and even acting illegally by charging for repair during warranty, but they won't mess with me
Handing this one in and requesting money back, and that will be the end of that

Galaxy RingI am having same issue but I am past the warranty period. After clearing caches on wear app and health app, uninstalling the wear app, restarting my phone, hard reset on the ring and a few other things - Samsung chat advised to send it in and have Samsung diagnose it. The problem I have is that they want me to include a payment of $100 - I am not sure I want to shell out another $100 for this ring. If that was the case I could have just gotten the aura instead
