I have a note 20 Ultra and id say my favorite feature is the Pen proximity alert on the Spen. Here are a bunch more tips and tricks you can use on your S20 Ultra.

I do a lot of mobile photography so the enhanced zoom lens comes in real handy for taking pics and videos of wildlife and nature. After the camera setup I would say the S-pen is my next favorite feature that I use for everything from a remote camera shutter to translating text.
