What app? Cellular or wifi? Can you make phone calls? What error message do you get? We need a lot more information in order to give suggestions.

A few more.. have you installed anything new, uninstalled anything old? Who is your carrier, and have you troubleshot with them? Have you tried to reset the network settings? The list goes on , as Officialguy said.
