Thank you so very much. This and cleaning the ear piece fixed my phone. I don't know which but I did both and I can here like its brand new

I also had deleted a few apps so I downloaded them all and did a factory reset. But none of that worked.

Just cleaning the speaker with alcohol and q-tips did the trick for me.

I couldn’t believe how loud phone calls are now.

throw the phone away and get an iPhone that AT&T AND VERIZON both are trying to stuff down your teeth.
