Galaxy Note PhonesI have a Samsung galaxy note 9plus. I am trying to edit some pictures but when I click on the little pencil to go to the edit screen it wont let me. It just says "to use this feature, you need to allow permission in settings." When I go to settings and then the apps I went to the gallery app to make sure the permission was on, and it is. So at this point im not to sure what or where it is to allow me to start editing and cropping my photos. Does anyone have an idea on what the issue could be?
Also ever since I got my phone I haven't been able to send or receive picture text messages. Does anyone have an idea on this issue as well?
Thanks in advance!!

Galaxy Note PhonesTry this:
- Open phone settings
- Click on Apps
- From the 3 dot menu (in the upper right) select "Show system apps"
- Find "Photo Editor" and click on it.
- Click on Permissions
- You should be able to enable "Storage" permission from here.
