Galaxy Note PhonesI'm understanding that the Note 20 stopped working for a lot of people after the last update. I just bought a Note 20 5g UW, and it will not connect to the data network; even though the same SIM connects just fine on my Samsung Galaxy A14.
I'm open to any feedback or advice on how to fix this issue... tia

Galaxy Note PhonesHello paipvora, Welcome to the Community. We understand how concerning it is that you are unable to connect to your service provider's network. If you are unable to connect to your provider's network, try the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-troubleshoot-mobile-data-issues/
Make sure your provider has the IMEI registered to your phone number.
We also recommend submitting an error report: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
