You need to go to settings>accessibility>advanced settings>accessibility buttons

It's an accessibility shortcut that let's you enable or disable the function.

1. Open settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Click on Accessibility button
5. Click on Select actions and disable everything in that menu.

He's a shortcut to different accessibility settings. You have different options for activating them. He is only one. Go to settings>accessibility> and change the activation method
