I bought a set of buds live 120.00 for my wife while she was in the hospital. The charge last around 20 minutes from 100% to 0%.if I would have known they were trash bubs I would have bought the shokz and not wasted the 120.00. Anyone know how to fix them? And yes noise canceling is off and the case is fully charged
@mrvicker Where did you buy them? It sounds like you purchased a refurbished pair, and the battery might be bad. I suggest returning them to the place of purchase, as a new pair should last significantly longer than 20 minutes. I would return them and get theses below the are great ear buds

It sounds like the retailer listed them as new, but they were in fact refurbished, since the bud lives are 5 years old. The battery has gone bad in them. I would suggest returning them if you're still within the 30-day return period with Amazon.
