Camera App Settings screen disappears

I am trying to change some settings in my camera app.  But everytime I select the gear icon, the screen "resets" back to the camera app.  I have cleared cache, stopped the app, deleted and reinstalled.

Have you tried opening the app settings while in Safe Mode? https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode

If you are still unable to open the app settings, it is recommended to submit an error report in the Members app. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692

We also recommend backing up the phone and doing a factory reset. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
