Every time I flip my screen no mater what app or if I'm just on my home screen I get an audible notification.  I can't figure out how to turn it off and it's driving me crazy.  Anyone know how to turn it off?

I found it out!!!!!!  So under further investigation I found out it only happened when I was linked to service and when I was using headphones.  All that to say I went to notifications and into Smart Things and turned off audio output and it fixed it.
