Sent my buds pro 3 to repair 2nd time

1st had a issue with one of them not working 

Sent them to Samsung for repair got them back no problem 

2nd time had an issue with the charger case 

Sent them to repair never got them back 

Every time it's 2-3 weeks waiting without my headphones 

Now Samsung telling me to wait for a solution 

Maybe 2-3 weeks more 

I'm feeling Samsung want me to give up or forget about the buds
