I am having an issue with my Galaxy Buds Pro 3 where the Samsung Wearable app keeps freezing on the terms and conditions screen every time I try to accept them. Initially, I thought it might be a phone setting, so I reset my Bluetooth settings and even my entire phone settings, but the issue persists. I also reset the buds multiple times with no success.I purchased the buds from Amazon, and the serial number shows them as genuine Samsung products, so I don't believe they are fake. However, the buds do not show up properly in the Samsung Wearable app, and the settings won’t load either via the app or through the Bluetooth gear icon.I have tried all common troubleshooting steps, such as re-pairing and resetting, but still experience freezes and can’t access the app features. I would appreciate any help as I’m frustrated and unable to fully use the buds or the app for features like sound customization or finding misplaced buds

Have you tried going in your settings > apps and uninstalling Galaxy buds 3 pro manager?
