Galaxy BudsI have no issue on my phone, but when I am trying to use it on my Windows 11 laptop it starts to go in and out randomly. 80% of the time there's no sound and then some times it works, and then the sound disappears.
I tried multiple things on the internet including:
1. removing device and pairing.
2. Update the Bluetooth driver, and the Galaxy device.
3. Install Galaxy buds app.
4. Unchecking the hands-free telephony option.
5. unchecking the audio enhancements.
Please let me know if you have any other options.
Thank you

Galaxy BudsMany people have been saying that it's the Hands-free telephony but when I uncheck the option and disable from the device manager it magically enables itself...

Galaxy BudsThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of our buds sound functioning when paired with our devices. I would recommend trying the following steps to make sure the hands-free is disabled:
- Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
- Under the Playback tab, you’ll see two entries for Galaxy Buds
- Right-click Headphones (Stereo) > Set as Default Device
- Right-click Headset (Hands-Free AG Audio) > Disable

Galaxy BudsHi, my Buds2 Pro earbuds work great with my Galaxy S24, but they have stopped working with my Windows 11 pc. Here's what happens:
I try to connect. PC settings sometimes connects and says connected audio and mic, while other times it just says connected. Either way, I get no sound and after a few moments (less than a minute) my earbuds disconnect. Other times, I get a message that says it can't connect and to try again.
My Bluetooth speaker connects to my PC and plays audio.
I have tried to get Windows to remove my earbuds so that I can reinstall, but I get an error message saying that that didn't work. I also can't seem to remove them with the Windows device manager.
I use a TP-Link USB500 device for my Bluetooth connection (Bluetooth 5.4).
Thank you in advance for any help you're able to provide!
