I have no issue on my phone, but when I am trying to use it on my Windows 11 laptop it starts to go in and out randomly. 80% of the time there's no sound and then some times it works, and then the sound disappears.

I tried multiple things on the internet including:

1. removing device and pairing.

2.  Update the Bluetooth driver, and the Galaxy device.

3. Install Galaxy buds app.

4. Unchecking the hands-free telephony option.

5. unchecking the audio enhancements.

Please let me know if you have any other options.

Thank you

Many people have been saying that it's the Hands-free telephony but when I uncheck the option and disable from the device manager it magically enables itself...

The voice commands? I had that enable for a long time, never have that issue. It might be a software bug. One UI 8 recently rolled out and it's causing a lot of problems

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand the importance of our buds sound functioning when paired with our devices. I would recommend trying the following steps to make sure the hands-free is disabled:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
  2. Under the Playback tab, you’ll see two entries for Galaxy Buds
  3. Right-click Headphones (Stereo) > Set as Default Device
  4. Right-click Headset (Hands-Free AG Audio) > Disable

Hi, my Buds2 Pro earbuds work great with my Galaxy S24, but they have stopped working with my Windows 11 pc. Here's what happens:

I try to connect. PC settings sometimes connects and says connected audio and mic, while other times it just says connected. Either way, I get no sound and after a few moments (less than a minute) my earbuds disconnect. Other times, I get a message that says it can't connect and to try again.

My Bluetooth speaker connects to my PC and plays audio.

I have tried to get Windows to remove my earbuds so that I can reinstall, but I get an error message saying that that didn't work. I also can't seem to remove them with the Windows device manager.

I use a TP-Link USB500 device for my Bluetooth connection (Bluetooth 5.4).

Thank you in advance for any help you're able to provide!

Same thing happened to me this week with my Buds2 pro. Not sure why. I use them mostly with Microsoft teams. As of now they don't work anymore as headphones or mics on my pc. Not sure why. I have unpaired and repaired several times with no luck.

I have the Galaxy Buds app installed and updated the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to the latest software version.

My issue is that, when using them, sometimes either left or right bud will disconnect (Windows 11/Galaxy Wearable on PC will only detect one of them) and I have to remove them, wait a few seconds, then try it back on.

Also, when I go into a full screen videogame on Windows 11, the buds will both get muted for a few second. It seems Windows or the buds are swapping profiles or audio mode in a way. This doesn't happen with any other headphones.

I have not encountered these issues on my Galaxy phone, but they're present on my Galaxy Book.
