Galaxy BudsWhy <edit> does my left ear bud never connect. It is like hit or miss and when there is a miss I just give up and put those <edit> back in the corner. Is there an easy way to get the earbud to sync or work without having to go thru resets or holding them? <edit>

Galaxy BudsI understand how frustrating this is. This article provides some possibilities that could be causing the earbud to disconnect. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208805/ If the issue persists, service would be recommended.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
