For whatever reason, the audio stream for my Buds FE decided to break, but only when connected to my phone. I have tried factory resetting my earbuds, to no avail. Perhaps even funnier, is that my Buds will connect to my Pixel Watch 3- a non-Samsung device, that the WearOS version of the Buds Controller doesn't work on- and everything works there. Playback and touch controls. However, on my phone (Z Flip6) I can't hear anything from them. Not even system cues like Bixby or Gemini wake tones. The feedback pings for max and min volume, taps, noise canceling, etc. Still work, so it's clearly not the buds. It works with my watch, so either it's my phone or something else. Would hate to have to send these back (side note: Got these refurbished a couple months ago from Amazon, and it didn't come with the extra wingtip or cone sizes- what do I do about that?)

Would like to add: this happened after playing Roblox in experiences that use VC (and therefore, make the Buds assume a call is active) while playing Spotify music at the same time. Hope that helps.

Would like to add FURTHER: The in app test within Members for the speakers works. The mic tests don't play back any sound, though I know the mics work.
