I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra and I've recently purchased a Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. I wanted to check out all the features but I see that my buds are not able to use 'find my earbuds' feature.

I have checked online and have tried all solutions mentioned below but stillNOT WORKING:
1) Disconnecting and reconnecting
2) Restarting the Buds
3) Adding the Buds to my Samsung Account
4) Device & Account location sync
5) Samsung Wearable app update

What's actually happening is: When I go to Samsung Wearable App > find my earbuds >

settings > allow devices to be found > Buds3 Pro.
And then turn it on,it goes to *Updating* and then again turns off

(This had also happened with my previous Earbuds (Samsung Galaxy Earbuds 2). I tried to go a Samsung Partenered store and they said they couldn't pin point the problem too.)

Update:

I've been looking for so many things to make it work and after all the answer was with the everlasting CHATGPT. It gave me the solution and it worked. Here it is:

This issue seems to point to a deeper compatibility or account-sync issue, possibly related to your Samsung account or software setup. Here's what you can try next:

**GPT**Advanced Troubleshooting Steps

1. Reinstall the Samsung Wearable App
Uninstall the app, restart your phone, and reinstall it from the Galaxy Store or Play Store. Re-pair your earbuds afterward.

2. Reset Network Settings on Your Phone
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This might help if thereā€™s a syncing issue between your phone and Samsung services.

3. Factory Reset the Buds
In the Samsung Wearable app, reset the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro to factory settings. Re-pair them after the reset.

4. Enable Permissions for the App and Feature
Ensure that the Samsung Wearable app has full permissions:

Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Wearable > Permissions and enable everything (location, Bluetooth, etc.).

5. Samsung Account Sync and Backup

Log out of your Samsung account on the phone, restart, and log back in.

Manually sync your Samsung account: Settings > Accounts and Backup > Manage accounts > Samsung account > Sync account.**GPT**
