My Issues With Wireless Charging

I can't believe that you can not wirelessly charge the buds 3 with a case on it. Does Samsung expect us to remove the case to wirelessly charge? Honestly I think this deserves a recall so they can fix it.

Sorry your having an issue with your case for your buds but some companies do make cases that allow for wireless charging of the Buds to function 

I was using the Ringke case on mine.

So we're all restricted to this one case.
I do not believe it is a solution, and Samsung needs to fix this

No not restricted to just that one case.  I was only saying thats the case I use and it works.  Some cases are too thick for the wireless charging to work just like with phones some cases won't allow them to wireless charge either

When I get home I will put this on a wireless charger and it'll charge fine.

Materials and strength of the wireless charger plays a roll.
Some wireless chargers are just generally weak and make them harder to charge through cases. Some are great for even thick cases.

I have 3 types of Samsung wireless chargers at home, two of which fast charge my Samsung phone while in a UnicornBeetle case from supcase. They all used to charge my Galaxy buds live and my Galaxy buds pro both when in a Unicorn Beetle case from sup case. So I can confidently say the charger has no problem. For this pro 3 ear buds I have used 3 types of case including the case that Samsung shipped with the earbuds, and most recently from spigen, and it does not charge. I will continue to experiment, but Samsung **bleep** up somehow

Here is mine charging with this case on. I had to open the case a little to show the light. Only the green is bright enough to show through the case with the light on.

Looks like you're using one of the apple magsafe chargers?

Thats one of them. I also have a Belkin and a ESR one in the living room. Those are Qi and the one in my room is Qi2.
