Mic works perfectly fine when sending voice notes, over all other apps (phone, sms, whatsapp, etc) once I answer a phone call regardless if whatapp or regular phone app. Mic stops working. Other user can't hear me unless I turn off Bluetooth. Happened to my previous buds and now the new ones. Checked all the settings. A factory reset on the phone fixes the problem then comes back either after update or backup restore. no idea if it's a backup from Google or Samsung causing the issue or the wearable firmware. Sound is fine just mic stops working on calls. To be honest no idea what's causing the issue. About to return the buds and get another brand of buds.
