My Galaxy Buds3 Pro mic is not working well during calls. Whenever I close the screen and move to another app during a call, the other party can no longer hear me. For them to hear me again, I have to return to the screen, disconnect, and reconnect Bluetooth.

Please provide guidance.

Are you seeing any error messages or notifications or anything prior to the sound stopping?

I see the words, but it is not a link. My last response contained a typo, which I have since corrected; the buds are up to date.

The buds are up to date. There are no error messages. I am not seeing the link.
